All payments are due at the time of service. If online payments are requested this needs to be set up with office prior to the cleaning & are due within 5 days of the service or there is a 15% late fee. Tips are common in this industry and are the standard 20%. Usually tips are given directly to the employee in cash. If not given to the employee a 15% gratutity will be added to your invoice. Online payments have a fee of $3 checking account & 3.85% for a credit card payment. There is a $18 charge per girl to use our cleaning chemicals or you can provide your own. All cleaning supplies are included at no additional charge. Example, vacuums, mops, buckets, rags, brooms, etc. There is a $15 travel fee for any jobs further than 15 miles from Johnstown, this is paid in cash directly to the employee.There is a $25 cancellation fee for any appointments not cancelled within 48 hrs.
