Tax is added to all services and supplies. If your business is tax exempt, please provide documentation. All payments are due on the 15th of the month in the month cleaning is occurring in. Contracts are required and payment information is required on contracts. IF payment is not received by 20th of the month your payment method provided will be charged. Any payments not made by the 20th of the month there is a 15% late fee added. 60 day cancellation is required. Cleaning supplies will be provided at each business with no additional costs, if using our chemicals there is a $18 per day charge. We do not supply paper products.
There is a $15 travel fee for any jobs further than 15 miles from Johnstown, if its 5 days a week it is only $45 a week.
