Add tax to all services & chemicals prices below. If you business is tax exempt, please provide documentation. All ayments are due on the 15th of the month cleaning is occurring in. Contracts are required & payment information is required on contracts. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month your payment method provided will be charged. Any payments not made by the 20th there is a 15% late fee added. 60 day cancellation is required. Cleaning supplies will be provided at no additional costs. For example, vacuums, mops, brooms, buckets, rags, etc. If using our cleaning chemicals there is a $18 per day charge. We do not supply paper products. There is a $15 travel fee for any jobs further than 15 miles from Johnstown, if its 5 days a week its only $45 travel fee for the week.
